Crown Worldwide Group currently has an opening for a: Telemarketer. You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities across Workplace Consultancy and Office Relocation/ Furniture sectors of our business as well as leading a team of Tele sales executives supporting our other Workspace propositions. This is primarily a non-client facing role that relies on building relationships via telephone/email/online although there will also be opportunities to attend networking and marketing events. Location: North London offices Key Roles & Responsibilities Portal Management: • Monitor and engage opportunities through external publications. Manage lead source including feedback on data generated. • Develop Tender/RFP/RFI opportunities for consideration with Head of Divisions and action accordingly. Research: • Research and monitor opportunities for Crown Workspace & Crown Worldwide. • Develop a network of third-party suppliers aligned to opportunity. Database Management: • Update new and existing client’s accounts within the CRM system through regular contact with account contacts. • Add relevant information from external sources to CRM system, building history and client intelligence. • To keep database updated for marketing campaigns. Telemarketing: • Research and identify potential targets. • Build relationships with existing clients. • Build relationships with key decision makers, suppliers and clients. • Work alongside each division of Crown Workspace to identify additional opportunities. • Proactively market the services of each division. • Provide regular progress reports, as directed by the Head of New Business. • Target calls per day to be made - minimum 40-60 calls per day. • Secure 10-15 appointments per month. Track outcome report on revenue. • Develop a Brand Ambassador position for Crown Workspace on the telephone and via email/onlne correspondence. In addition: • Arrange Sales team appointments, introductions and surveys. • Support the Head of New Business and take a full and active role in all aspects of the department.
