Junior Golf Summer Holiday bookings now open!
Golf is an almost unique sport, combining periods of intense concentration and skill with much longer periods of walking around beautiful landscapes. It is definitely a great activity for children to participate in to get some fresh air and exercise. It can also boost children’s self-esteem and help control their emotions. Children must learn to have confidence in their own abilities, be responsible for their own actions and be honest when sharing their scores.

As of 1st August, Art Stop can once again resume face to face classes and workshops!
As you can imagine, the summer workshops will be a little different but that won't stop me providing quality, educational and fun activities for your children. This is always my aim.
Workshops will be limited to 5 children to ensure social distancing rules can be met. Unfortunately this also means that parents will not be able to stay and create alongside their children unless there are less than 5 child bookings per session.
Hand sanitisers will be available on all tables as well as on entry and exit. Children will also be reminded to wash their hands frequently and safety expectations will be outlined at the beginning of each session. Students will also be encouraged to stay at their table as much as possible to limit walking about. Tables, chairs and art equipment (glue sticks, scissors, pencils etc..) will be sanitised before and after each session. Windows will be kept open for ventilation and where possible, doors too. Parents will be asked to remain outside and to drop off and pick up their children at the door.
I feel confident that with these regulations in place, Art Stop can provide your children with a safe environment to relax, learn and engage in some arty time out!
We will be working on weekly themes, first Castles and then Pandora's Box. I have also for the first time included a free choice workshop called the Art Factory with the hope that children can use this time to express their feelings and emotions in relation to the past few months. I suggest you book quickly to avoid disappointment.
All bookings must be made through the website.

Further plans for the remaining 2 weeks in August will follow shortly.
Through our fun, engaging and interactive Live Classical Music Experience, young children will subconsciously develop musical, social, emotional and academic skills which will give them a great start in life.
All sessions are led by professional musicians specialising in community music.
Ticket: £5 per family. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the NHS and local charities.
