Leaking Boiler 5 Fast and reliable service. Woke up to a leaking boiler on Sunday morning, Ben came round within half an hour of messaging him and boiler fully repaired Monday at reasonable rate as soon as part available. Would highly recommend.

KLB plumbing and heating 5 Ben was super efficient from the initial call, all the way through to the work and payment. He replaced a radiator (and painted behind it for me!), serviced the boiler and was generally a pleasure to have in the house! I would definitely recommend his services and will be using him again!!

KLB Plumbing and Heating 5 My thanks to KLB Plumbing & Heating for repairing my Combi Boiler. Ben initially attended quickly and got the heating going. Power flushed the system and fitted a new required part within a couple of days. A friendly and efficient service, I would recommend him without hesitation.

Central Heating Repair 5 I just wanted to post how impressed I am with local Plumber Benjamin Robinson-Farenden of KLB Plumbing and Heating. He came to our aid thanks to a LYDS recommendation when our central heating failed this week. Friendly, prompt, efficient and very reasonable. He quickly identified the issues and fixed it in very good time. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call him again.

Replacing old boiler and installing new bathrooms 5 Ben was recommended to us by a family member. We needed to replace our old boiler as soon as possible - it wouldn't switch off and was constantly running. Ben recommended a new boiler. He then installed a new boiler and hot water tank in good time, and was conscientious ensuring that everything was in working order. He also came out in an emergency when we discovered a leak with one of the pipes where the hot water tank was, and attended to this in the late evening. He was reassuring and fixed the problem. Ben also undertook the remodeling of our downstairs and upstairs bathrooms, and also installed a new WC in the utility area. All three jobs were done to a high standard. Visitors have complimented how lovely the bathrooms look! I would recommend Ben - no job is too big or too small, and coupled with a friendly demeanor will get the job done!

Emergency fix 5 Thames water recently informed us that we had a leak somewhere in the house. Unfortunately, the whole of downstairs had recently been tiled, and both myself and my insurance company were quite worried about the very realistic possibility of having to lift the lot and start again. Ben attended the property and quickly navigated the complex system we have in the house (having moved the boiler twice in the last 2 years). To our amazement, Ben managed to find and fix the leak by only lifting a single tile under the kitchen island within 4 hours. Zero visible damage, huge amounts of aggravation avoided and at a fraction of what could have been the cost. We were extremely happy with Ben's work, on a job where had a different plumber attended it could have been extremely disruptive - thank you Ben.

System Flush and Boiler Repair and Hive Thermostat Installation 5 They came round quickly and went straight to work with professionalism and expertise. Clearly identified and communicated solutions and procured parts to get our system working perfectly. Ben even dropped in next day to see if everything working well and give us advice for the future. New Boiler 5 Old Boiler packed up at my rented property, very cold two weeks ago... tenant not happy! Called Ben from KLB & he popped over as soon as he could, ordered new boiler & next day took old one out fitted new high spec boiler for a very competitive price with a first class service. I highly recommend this gas engineer Ben !

New boiler 5 KLB fitted a new boiler for us, excellent job, they also found that our gas pressure was too low and arranged for the gas board to come out and fix that for us. Would thoroughly recommend.
