Bush Hill Park Golf Club is a modern, inclusive and progressive private members’ golf club in N21 with a heritage dating back to 1895. The club has recently undergone a significant investment programme and a major refurbishment of the club’s food and beverage offering. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Chef de Partie to join our small kitchen team, based in Enfield, N21. Working in a busy environment, the kitchen provides the catering for a lounge bar/restaurant as well as for functions and events. Due to the seasonal nature of the business we are looking for a team player who can also work independently when required. Hours of work: The Club is a 7-day operation so this will be a 5/7 day role (including evenings and weekends), 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will: hold C&G 706 1/2 or NVQ equivalent be able to work under pressure and remain calm be able to produce good food using fresh and seasonal ingredients be genuinely passionate about food and service be a good team player and have strong communication skills be flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude This is great opportunity for an enthusiastic and keen Chef de Partie to be part of a fantastic team.
