Ashmole Academy Trust was formed in 2015 building upon the success of Ashmole Academy and its tradition of outstanding school performance. The trust currently consists of a primary and secondary school. We currently have the following support staff vacancy . Senior Learning Mentor (6th form) 36 hours per week, term time plus 2 days Pay point 26-29 actual starting salary £22,103pa Required as soon as possible, a Senior Learning Mentor to work with senior staff providing pastoral support for pupils in a key stage (initially in our 6th form but this could change from year to year) and/or in our Individual Learning Room. Work will include working with pupils who may have behavioural difficulties, helping to improve attendance, close liaison with parents/carers and general help to raise pupil motivation and success at school. The post will include cover supervision as well as some general clerical and administrative tasks.
