We are looking for a project manager to join us at our Enfield office. You will be responsible for communication with clients, internal staff, and suppliers, ensuring that both the client's expectations and company goals are met or exceeded. Excellent written and verbal skills are essential. A Project Manager at Indiefield takes overall responsibility for the efficient delivery of each stage of a research project once commissioned ensuring seamless, accurate and timely delivery to clients according to the agreed project specification and budget as well as following established processes and keeping all required project documentation up to date. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Working with the Operations team to ensure the successful delivery of your projects. Ensuring services are delivered to the required standard. Understanding the client's needs, incorporating them into the research and communicating them to other project managers as required. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR... Client management experience, displaying a solution driven approach. Excellent communication skills - specifically how to distil the issues, manage client expectations and communicate in a timely manner under pressure. Experience in research is an advantage but is not essential. Full training given. The office hours are 9.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri. The position is office based.
