HR Administrator

HOURS: 37.5 hours per week (full time) SALARY: £21,157 - £23,000 per annum (depending on experience) CONTRACT: Permanent The HR Administrator will provide proactive, professional, and customer-focused administrative support to the HR team. This role will develop and maintain administrative systems and procedures and provide HR project support. The HR Administrator may at times also support the Volunteer Development Manager with administrative tasks. Main Responsibilities Creating and maintaining employee records Ensuring the HR database is up to date Monitoring and scheduling employee training Assisting in the recruitment process and liaising with recruitment agencies Creating and delivering HR-related documentation Coordinating logistics and documentation for new hires and leavers Assisting payroll by providing relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
