Crown Worldwide Group currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their fast paced Relocations Sales operations and Solution Management team on a 1 year FTC. Location: Ardra Road, N9 0BD Reporting to: HR Business Partner This role will be based from our Edmonton and Enfield offices, with some remote working arrangements available. Some travel may also be required nationwide, dependant on business needs. Must hold a valid full UK driving licence. Must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Visa sponsorships will not be considered. The Recruitment coordinator Crown Worldwide are seeking a dynamic, driven Recruitment coordinator to provide recruitment support for the wider UK business. This role will support and manage the end to end cycle of the recruitment process from attraction to on-boarding,. As well as analysis current hiring stats and develop a sustainable recruitment strategy to suit the needs of the business and each of its individual brands. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience to help support Crown through extensive knowledge with a variety of recruitment requirements, and able to source candidates for role nationwide. Key Tasks and Responsibilities The Recruitment coordinator will be responsible for managing key recruitment campaigns end-to-end, as well as being a stakeholder supporting other HR recruitment initiatives. Liaise with stakeholders to create innovative recruitment campaigns for open positions; Manage end to end resourcing process (attraction and selection strategy); Source candidates using multiple channels, direct sourcing methods and job boards; Work to build a strong talent pool of candidates; Sift and shortlist candidate applications, including conducting phone screening as required; Coordinate interview invitations, materials and diary management for line managers Analysis current hiring platforms used within the business and develop an innovative recruitment strategy to suit the business’ needs. Preparation of management information and reporting in relation to recruitment. Advise, coach and develop hiring managers in the recruitment journey; Working on high volume recruitment campaigns, as well as arranging and participate in job fairs and presentations as required nationwide.
