SMP Theatre proudly presents… Little Shop of Horrors. The cult-classic horror-comedy-musical packed with catchy tunes, eccentric characters, and a bloodthirsty plant with a voice of its own! Flower shop assistant Seymour pines for co-worker Audrey. During a total eclipse, he discovers an unusual plant he names Audrey II, which feeds only on human flesh and blood. The growing plant attracts a great deal of business for the previously struggling store. After Seymour feeds Audrey's boyfriend Orin to the plant, after his accidental death, he must come up with more bodies for the increasingly bloodthirsty plant.
SMP have been established in North London and Hertfordshire for over 60 years, putting on an array of musicals, pantomimes and plays with actors, singers and dancers from all over Enfield (and further afield!).
Witches and Warlocks Halloween Workshop
Thursday 30th and Friday 31st October from 11:00am
We are seeking brave and budding Witch and Warlock apprentices to join our mystical circle. No previous experience needed-just a love for creativity and a spark of imagination!
A coven of friendly witches has flown into Forty Hall and is eager to share their enchanting skills and help you prepare for a spellbinding Halloween! Wander into the spooky Long Gallery, where witches await to guide you in crafting your very own broomstick-perfect for a moonlit flight! Then, get creative as you paint a cauldron decoration, swirling with colour and mystery. Finally, brew up a personalised spell, filled with imagination and Halloween magic. Everything you make will help you get ready for the most haunting night of the year!
Don't forget to pay a visit to the Grand Witch in her spooky den. She's known to be generous with her treats—but only if your broomstick, spell, and cauldron meet the witches' high and mystical standards.
Suitable for children aged 4 years and over. All children must be accompanied by an adult. One adult per three children goes free. Additional adult tickets can be purchased for £2.00 each.

Spooktacular Halloween Tales from the Shed
This Halloween, join us for a magical mix of giggles, ghosts and glorious storytelling. Our special Halloween themed Tales from the Shed shows are packed with all the fun you know and love. Plus a few seasonal surprises like giggly ghosts, sparkly spiders, wistful witches and bubbly bats.
Each carefully crafted performance is filled with educational songs, movement and language games designed to support early brain development and learning in young children. With a new theme every week, no two shows are ever the same and Halloween is the perfect time to jump into the fun.
Led by our diverse team of performers and much loved characters like Lion Down and the Thing That Goes Blurgh, Tales from the Shed is a joyful and inclusive theatre experience where all children – no matter their background or ability – can take part, express themselves and feel the magic of theatre. Expect laughs, learning and a little bit of spooky sparkle – perfect for your little pumpkins.

Come along on a musical walk through the pumpkin patch, wave to Dingle Dangle – our friendly scarecrow, and follow Incy Wincy the spider as he climbs through his webs. It’s all about singing, dancing, and making magical autumn memories.
Step into the pumpkin patch, meet the friendly scarecrow in the field, and follow the cheeky spider up the spout. Together we’ll sing, dance, and celebrate the spooky season with music, movement, and lots of giggles.
