Just brilliant! 5 Helen was able to secure planning permission with our local authority when other architects had said it was impossible. We live in green belt, which provides its own challenges and we live next door to a listed building. Helen’s expertise was invaluable giving us the design we desired, and the local planners the functionality they required.
Helen’s innovative, sympathetic design is just stunning and met all of our needs and wants.
Working with Helen has been an absolute pleasure. With her warm, passionate nature she listened, advised and held our hand throughout the process.

Above and Beyond! 5 We've lived in our mid-terrace townhouse for 15 years. Apart from a bit of painting and decorating everything has remained the same. The downstairs space just does not do justice to the rest of the house and the kitchen specifically is just too small for a growing family. For years I have had a vision/dream of what it "could be" and finally I have an opportunity to make some changes. We found Helen through LYDS and to say she has changed our lives is quite frankly underselling her. She listened to me, she understood. She took my ideas and literally turned them on their heads. Seeing her various design options she opened my eyes to a vision of my house I never knew was even possible. I actually burst in to tears when we saw the design we have gone with. We are now a month in to the renovation and I am so excited to see her drawings come to fruition. This year will be the best Christmas ever! Thank you Helen for being the wonderful human being that you are and knowing me better than I know myself.
