Fantastic cleaning 5 I contacted Borisova Cleaning Services about a deep-clean and a regular cleaning service and I could not be happier. After contacting a few companies in the area, I was so glad to come across Borisova. Gerry's response was the clearest and most professional I had received and so choosing Borisova Cleaning Services was a no-brainer for me! Gerry was able to arrange a deep-clean within a week from enquiring, which was fantastic! On the day, Tswety arrived on time and ready to go for the deep-clean. She was so lovely, kind, non-judgemental, and got straight to work. The cleaning was so thorough, everything is spotless! I felt like I was in a hotel in my own home after, as it was so well cleaned and smelling so fresh. I cannot recommend Borisova Cleaning Services enough. Thank you so much again!

Amazing service 5 In the last 7 months I have had two ‘special’ house cleans in connection with selling and moving. I also have a regular cleaner, who replaced an earlier regular cleaner who moved away. I am constantly amazed by what these cleaners achieve. Without exception they are very pleasant, hard-working and they all show initiative. They are entirely dependable. Gerry, herself, bends over backwards to adapt to changing circumstances and needs. House clean 5 Asked Gerry and her team to fully clean a two storey three bed house ready for selling. Three cleaners in 4 hours did an amazing job cleaning all the kitchen and bathroom cupboards plus polishing hoovering washing floors and cleaning windows. Plus cleaning toilets and bathroom units. Very professional and well worth the reasonable cost

Deep cleaning a four bedroom house 5 Emailed about deep cleaning a four bedroom house, received a reply very quickly. Discussed what was needed with Gerry. Cleaners very punctual and polite, they worked incredibly hard. Was delighted on my return how clean they got a very tired house to look. Even hoovered the dust of the walls and have never seen the tiles in the kitchen look so clean. Price was very reasonable and would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended! 5 I have a regular cleaner every week through Gerry. She is perfect. Very thorough. But also recently, I was in a spot of bother with building dust and needed a cleaner the next day. I called Gerry very late in the day, and within a couple of hours, she had arranged for a cleaner to come at 8am the next morning. The cleaner arrived 10 mins early (love that!) and was brilliant!! She worked solidly for 4 hours and made my home dust free. Thank you Gerry and all your cleaners - it's so good to know I can rely on you. xx

After builders clean 5 Gerry came to my rescue after we had re-wired our house and needed it spotless for the decorator to proceed with his work. She arrived on time, was friendly and her and her team worked so hard to get my house clean again. I was amazed at what a good job she did. Fabulous clleaners! 5 I would always recommend Gerry and her team for anyone who wants any kind of cleaning done. She is incredibly thorough, punctual and has a real attention to detail. I have used her for end of tenancy cleans and for a house recently that was really filthy (not my own! :-)) but every time she has completely cleaned them and left them spotless. A wonderful service from a lovely lady. 100% recommended!

Cleaning Service 5 I have used Borisova cleaning for 4 years across all parts of London from Islington to Pimlico to Canary Wharf and have been lucky to keep the same cleaner, Vania, throughout. The cleaning service has always been very good and the customer service from Gerry has been excellent. Substitute cleaners are arranged seamlessly and I've had great service throughout.

2 I had wanted a thorough clean and had emailed the specifics.Unfortunately the cleaners disregarded this and just gave my home a "surface" clean. They did not clean the door frames, skirting boards or tops of cupboards and cleaned around e.g. lamps rather than moving items to get behind - and our house is unclutered! Very disappointed. Gerry came on Monday to check and agreed the work was not up to standard, so sent a second cleaner the following week, at no extra charge. She turned up over an hour late, though her work was faultless.However, our conservatory floor tiles were steam cleaned by Gerry and they are gleaming.
