WOT fitness 5 Julie’s low impact cardio Conditioning classes on Sunday mornings at Hillyfields 10.15 am are fantastic. It’s the one exercise class I have stuck with as we always do varied and different exercise each week. There is a wonderful group of ladies in the class. It’s so nice to exercise outdoors and it really sets you up for the day. Julie is so lovely and motivating. If you’re thinking about joining- do it!!!

Buggy Mums 5 This was the best thing I did on my maternity leave. I just loved it! Julie is brill and meeting other mums for a coffee afterwards was just what I needed. The class really helped me to get back in shape (and that plus the Sunday morning sessions actually mean that I am in better shape than pre-baby! Sorry - I know that is annoying to read.) I miss it!

5 This is the best exercise class I've ever joined! Having had a baby the year before and never run before, I'm now fitted than ever and enjoy running regularly now, which I never thought I'd say! Its a class for non-runners and runners - Julie adapts the class for everyone's needs and is so lovely, the class is very relaxed but you get a very good workout. Would recommend anyone thinking how they can get fit quick just to give it a go, I bet you'll be hooked in no time :)

wotfitness 5 The cardio and conditioning class in hillyfields on sunday is fantastic. Julie is great at motivating everyone to push themselves that bit further. Everyone is at different levels and you can chose how much you want to do. The ladies in the group are really friendly. What a great way to spend a sunday morning... lovely people, beautiful location and great workout

5 I was so unfit at the beginning of the year, but since joining Julie's workout on Sunday mornings my fitness level has gone up and I have lost weight! Julie is fantastic and all the ladies in the group are all lovely and friendly. I would definitely recommend it. It's a great way to start a Sunday! X

Great fitness class 5 I used to go to Julie's buggy mums class after having my first child 3 years ago, and really enjoyed it. Great way to meet new mums, get some fresh air and exercise. Now I go to Julie's Sunday class in Hillyfields and it is great. All the ladies are lovely and Julie changes and adapts the exercises so it is not the same each week. She makes it fun enough that it doesn't feel like a chore (I'm not an exercise fan!) but hard enough that you are getting a good workout.

Wotfitness 5 Julie manages to meet the needs of the whole group even though as individuals our fitness levels differ. She is always encouraging, ensuring that you always manage to do a little more than you thought you could! Highly recommended!

Julie 5 I really enjoyed Julie's class at Hillyfields. Not only was it fun and interesting, I also got to be outside and enjoy the morning! Julie made sure I worked to my own pace but also encouraged me. I would highly recommend x

WOTFitness One to One session 5 I would highly recommend Julie for post-pregnancy exercise and getting yourself back in to shape. I wasn't able to make the BuggyMums class so instead went for the One to One session. Each session was different with the intensity level increasing at a steady pace. Julie is a lovely person to work with and always has a smile on her face, whatever the weather! It is great to exercise in the fresh air and helps get you and your baby out of the house. Julie is always sensitive and considerate to the needs of new Mums and their young babies.

Buggy Mums 5 Going to Buggy Mums at 12 weeks after having a C Section was a breath of fresh air literally it was just what I needed as was not too strenuous but equally rewarding and made you feel back in the game again.Julie is very welcoming and will help you go at the pace you want, nothing too much for her.I would highly recommend this group also to meet up with local new mums just like you.Go for it, you won't be disappointed.

5 Going to WOTF Buggy Mums 12 weeks after having my daughter was a breath of fresh air literally. After having a C Section it was time to get out and move freely again. Julie's group was just what I needed. Nothing too strenuous but rewarding. It was a FAB way to meet new local mums too.Julie herself is GREAT and makes you feel at ease.Go for it.... You will love it.X

Wotfitness 5 This is a friendly class aimed at easing you back into doing some exercise after having a baby. It's suitable for all levels of fitness, plus it takes place in the beautiful Trent Park. Would recommend.

Best post pregnancy fitness! 5 Buggymums and cardio & conditioning classes with Julie have been instrumental in helping me to reach my prepregnancy fitness levels. The classes are fun, energetic and demanding. Julie makes every session different to the last and adapts classes to challenge all fitness levels whilst still remaining inclusive. Best of all, classes take place in the outdoors whatever the weather. If you want to get fit and make new friends give Wotfitness Julie a call!
