a brand new kind of removals company 5 Along with tax-returns, moving house has traditionally been one of my two least favourite things to do. Neil and his team have changed this. From first contact to the first night at our new home, this company has found a way to make moving house a relaxed, pleasurable, exciting experience. I'm unsurprised that every review I've read on here is saying something similar, as Neil truly has a unique vision as to how this service should be carried out. And his way of doing things isn't far off from what I expect most people would dream moving house could be like. And now, thanks to Total Removals, it can be.

Moving house 5 Neil and his team helped us move house this week. We were so impressed with their service. They worked incredibly hard, including a very long day yesterday in a storm and yet never once grumbled and were always willing to go above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble and they handled all our items with real care. The team were polite and friendly. We hope not to move house for a very long time but if we were we would definitely use them. The packing service was the best money we have spent recently. We would wholeheartedly recommend them!

Removal and clearance 5 Neil and his team were fantastic! A great support in helping me close my parents house down. Neil's personal involvement provided great comfort in avoiding any stress and worry from having to remove the large furniture items from the house in line with the exchange dates. Beyond expectations! 5 I moved from London to Glastonbury. I contacted Neil from Total Removals and from our first meeting I felt confident he was the one to move our substantial amount of possessions, I had a double garage packed to the rafters, a garden full of pots and ornaments and a 3 bed house full of furniture and some very delicate ornaments. Neil planned the move so well, suggesting taking garage and garden contents 2 weeks before to store and deliver after the move. He sent in packers days before ensuring everything was packed securely and in time for move day. All the staff were polite, kind, friendly and efficient. They smiled all the time and nothing was too much trouble moving things around in my new home and helping with the bulk of the unpacking. The unpacking service was particularly invaluable. Due to their care and attention not one single item was damaged in this huge move. I was so pleased, that my daughter is now using Total Removals for her move. I unreservedly recommend Total Removals.

What an amazing service 5 We used Neil and the team for the second time moving house. As with 8 years ago our experience with them was absolutely outstanding. Once again they did not disappoint with every member of the team friendly and willing to go out of their way to ensure the moving process was streamlined. Moving house is a stressful process and we had a huge amount of belongings we needed packing and moving. Neil took all the stress away and they packed every single item carefully and in a non rushed manner. On the removal day itself they took every item to the correct room, built beds including our daughters complicated cabin bed and left the house immaculate with no damage whatsoever to any of our items. The team are so lovely and helpful and we can honestly say that they alone made the whole moving process as simple as it could be. Very professional 5 Total-Removals were recommended to us by our estate agent, Hamilton Brooks. We were downsizing from our family home in SW London to a flat at the Barbican. Neil and his team were fantastic; professional, polite and friendly. We have a lot of pictures and a large collection of house plants which were all packed carefully and efficiently. The move itself was complicated, involving parking in a loading bay, carrying everything through an underground carpark and up in a lift and it all went without a hitch. Amazing stress-free service - above and beyond. 5 I’ve moved a number of times in the past couple of years and have had some terrible experiences with removal companies and was nervous that all the companies would be the same. I bumped into Neil whilst he was on a job at the Barbican and instantly felt that he was professional, friendly and would be careful with my belongings. I wasn’t wrong. I have some fragile vintage furniture and expensive exercise equipment which needed to be handled gently. The team of three that carried out the move were so friendly and cheerful and all extremely professional. They took their time with moving everything but somehow managed to load the van in no time at all. They filled me with complete confidence as they really knew what they were doing and clearly cared about how they did it. Neil was great with communication, he always responded quickly – even if I texted in the evenings/weekends: nothing seemed to be too much trouble! Neil’s helpful nature has continued post move (all my belongings are in storage with Total Removals) as I bought an extra piece of exercise equipment which needed to go into my store – he arranged for collection of the equipment and put it into my store. The move was seamless – fast, friendly, calm and stress free.

The service was top notch and friendly and even when issues were discovered (van didn't fit into flat car park) there was no issue and they simply worked round the problem and delivered the service. Sensitive, Kind and Highly Skilled. 5 Moving house can be one of the most stressful things we can do in life but my move last week was made easy by Neil Lyall and his wonderful team at London Total Removals Ltd. They packed and moved all our belongings carefully and sensitively and they were warm, patient and kind even at the end of two very long days for them. Removal & Storage 5 We had completely underestimated the packing we would need to do.After 40+ years in our house there was so much stuff. Neil and his team saved us. We couldn’t have done it without them. Completely reliable and trustworthy, we would have been happy to give them the keys and trusted all the team. A company and staff who live up to the offer that what ever might happen they would find a solution. Five star rating does seem high enough - 10 stars would more appropriate. Top notch removal service 5 These guys were excellent! The removal day was incredibly smooth and stress free! They dismantled the wardrobes and reassembled them at the other end. They even got a piano down a flight of stairs with relative ease. But most of all they were all really friendly, polite and approachable. I highly recommend them as the best removal guys around.

5 Neil and his team were the greatest. We had so much stuff and because of our 2 young kids we were not as organised as we'd hoped but they came in, reassured us and very soon the stress had evaporated and everything was taken care of - moving us to our new house. Exceptional service 5 A week before Christmas wasn’t the ideal time to relocate from Enfield to Hove at all but Neil and his team made our move very relaxed and stress free! Nothing was too much trouble and Neil even gave us a few hints and tips to help before hand, that we hadn’t even thought of! Nothing seemed too much trouble and Neil even went out of his way to take a large item to the skip for us that had been left outside our new home. Would highly recommend! Very professional, organised and friendly.

Removal Service 5 I was recommended to use this company even though we were not local. I have to say I was so very impressed with the service, the price and efficiency and organisation of the move itself. Packing of large and fragile items done the day before the move, thus making it so much more effective on the day ! The team were friendly, polite, not intrusive in any way and generally very helpful with everything. No drama no stress, just a very pleasant day, the team actually made it so very enjoyable when moving home is already very stressful LTR took all that stress away by being so friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble, we were happy to serve up as much tea and coffee as they needed to keep them going.! Also liked the fact they made very useful suggestions about where items of furniture would be best placed so that was an added extra which was very much appreciated. They are also good at providing solutions not obstacles, another reason we would most certainly use them again. Nothing was too much trouble for this company and their staff are an absolute credit to them. Well done LTR for making our day so enjoyable !

Excellent Service! 5 I enlisted the help of London Total Removals last month when I was moving into my first home. As a first-time buyer this was a very daunting task, but Neil and his team couldn't have made the experience easier. Their meticulous and efficient packing and friendly customer service meant that I was able to get on with my own tasks without worrying about what they were doing. My possessions were packed so carefully that nothing was broken, and organised so that I knew exactly what I would find in each box before even opening them. Removals 5 Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the team at london total removals for a stress free move. Our dream home had fallen through very last minute and we had to arrange for all our belongings to be transported back to our parents house until we found somewhere else. Despite the situation London Total Removals made the move stress-free and rather enjoyable. They did an exceptional job and delivered an outstanding service. Removals 5 I used Neil and his team when I moved in February. From our first meeting I felt completely stress free about the move. Neil’s team packed up my house and nothing got broken in the move. It was possibly the coldest day of the year on moving day but this did not stop them from hoisting up 2 large sofas on ladders that get to the first floor as they could not go in through the house. They were all incredibly professional and very supportive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and I intend to use them again for storage of items while I have my house decorated.

Brilliant removal company 5 Having already recommended Neil and his company through a post I wanted to write a proper review. Neil has just moved us in a more complicated removal than normal to a house 160 miles away and a flat locally. From our first meeting when he came to the house to the actual removal day Neil was brilliant. He was helpful, friendly and went out of his way to make things run smoothly for us. He was always approachable and answered my many questions when nothing was too much trouble. He and his team came the day before and packed up most of our house and also did a small move to a local flat. Move day went so well and they unpacked us in a few hours. I can’t recommend Neil and his team highly enough for his approachable attitude and the way everything was organised and ran so smoothly. First class house removals 5 We were very pleased with the service from LTR. In two words: professional and friendly. We left it all to Neil and the team and they moved us across Enfield without fuss, breakage or loss. We felt we didn't need to worry, e.g. Neil guarantees that even if you're late getting the keys, they'll still move you in that day without extra charge. Happy customers - would recommend them to friends without hesitation.

Turning moving house into a pleasure! 5 Neil and the team just fantastic. From the pre removal planning and photos of our property to the day itself they took care of everything. Very professional organised and friendly. They did it all from loading, transportation, disassembling bed cabinets etc to unloading and reassembling and connecting wash machine etc. They made a potentially very stressful moving house. into a pretty good one. Great move 5 “Total Removals simply did a wonderful job of packing, moving and unpacking our home. The friendly & approachable male & female team were very impressive and did everything possible to make the whole process as stress free as possible. Liked the fact most of them were local and were familiar with the area, and in some of them had been with the business since it began over 15 years ago, so clearly knew what they were doing! If John Lewis did removals, then this would be the company! It was a nice touch that they even offer to do FREE minor moves in the future as an aftersales promise. Outstanding service 5 Neil and his crew could not be more professional. Their can-do attitude is refreshing and they take pleasure in finding solutions to the various issues that pop up during a big move. We opted for the full-service package, where they pack everything for you. We had a lot of stuff in a relatively small space and over two full days they performed a minor miracle, always with a smile and never a frown. In every area they went the extra mile to make it happen. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone moving house.
