Decoration of hall 5 We continue to return to Angelo for all of our home renovation and handyman jobs. He has just completed redecoration of our hall and stairs over 3 floors including sanding back and restoration of original floorboards and beautiful painting and finish of all walls and woodwork. As usual, his quality of work and trustworthiness is second to none and he is very helpful in other jobs which are not directly his responsibility including moving furniture for the works and often going above and beyond. the kitchen and loft 5 Angelo has worked his way through my house. At last he has worked his magic in my kitchen. It's a small space but after he changed things in it some months ago it needed a coat of paint to make it just right. As usual the standard of workmanship is excellent and after some some remedial work the paint went on, and it looks FABULOUS. The usual first class finish Then on to the loft, a dusty, cobwebby space with some useless shelves. He repaired and reset the shelves and this has now become a great storage space, wonderful for stuff like Christmas decorations. He thinks that the whole house has been done but I only want to say. "Downstairs toilet." I cannot recommend Angelo enough, especially if you have tricky areas in your house that need sorting.

the ground floor 5 Having renewed the flooring on the 1st floor, I decided it was time to do the same on the ground floor. It was a wooden floor but it was quite damaged and too orange. The decision was that instead of sanding the floor, I would cover it with the LVP I had laid on the 1st floor. It was no easier a job. Still no straight lines and no right angles of a Victorian house. Having replaced the flooring on the 1st floor, Angelo came to the rescue again and with his great skill and years of experience to accomplished the job. Several problems arose for which he found perfect solutions. Now the floors on both levels are elegant and stylish. I can't thank him enough for his hard work.

Excellent work 5 Angelo painted an entrance lobby, and the kitchen, lay a new floor in the kitchen, and made a box with tiles to around some unsightly pipe work. He's professional, hardworking, problem solving, tidy and a delight to have around. He is already coming back to do a number of other jobs. And I have booked him for some work next year. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommended 5 We asked Angelo to make good the internal finish after we had new windows and French doors installed in our house, which was a challenging job where the old plaster and brickwork needed significant repair. He created clean lines and a very high standard of finish as well as preparing and fixing new wooden sills to some of the windows. He also redecorated several rooms for us including high quality tiling and painting work. We are not the easiest of clients :) - he is very patient! We always return to Angelo for his excellent standard of work, creative problem-solving and because he is such a trustworthy and lovely person to have around! He appears to be in demand: I was somewhat reluctant to post this review in case it means he becomes even busier and delays our next job that we are trying to line him up for!

flooring in bedrooms and bathroom 5 After removing the carpet from my staircase and refurbishing it with great style, I decided the carpets in my bedrooms had to go. Also the bathroom floor was looking shabby. Back to Angelo for his ideas and suggestions. He recommended LVP ( luxury vinyl planks) The best thing ever. Then back to work on my house which as an old Victorian terrace has no right angles or straight lines. The bathroom being the most challenging with plumbing to deal with. But the result is truly amazing. I am so pleased with the result that I am planning to do the same on the ground floor. The quality of the work is excellent and I am a demanding client. I recommend Angelo for any work which is challenging and needs skilled workmanship. He takes care and the result is always gorgeous.

Great work 5 Angelo has recently refurbished the exterior of our house, and has previously decorated the ground floor. He is reliable and trustworthy and works to a very high standard. We would happily ask him to help us again.

Painting & Grouting 5 Angelo is very trustworthy and does a great job. He is very accommodating and resourceful. He restored my wooden oak front door and refreshed some of the grouting on my damaged tiled kitchen floor. Would highly recommend.

the staircase 5 All I wanted was to remove the carpet from my staircase in my Victorian cottage. I employed Angelo's services for what we both thought would be a simple job. Remove the carpet , paint the staircase and there we are. But the staircase was in such poor condition that paint alone would not resolve the problem. Angelo came up with a solution, which took thought and a great deal of expertise on his part. I now have a wonderfully refurbished staircase, which looks very smart and elegant. I can now plan the next job.

my bathroom 5 I decided to change my boring oblong bath for a lovely roll top single ended bath on claw and ball feet. I immediately contacted Angelo and engaged his expertise. The new plumbing had to be matched with old pipework and he managed to resolve all the problems this presented. The floors and walls had also to be renovated and these too look perfect. The result is a very luxurious bathroom looking gorgeous. Angelo has previously decorated other areas of my home to a very high standard and the bathroom now matches the rest. Many thanks

Angelo 5 Angelo has been renovating and redecorating my Victorian terraced cottage room by room. He always finds creative solutions for the inevitable problems a house this age presents. The standard of workmanship is high and as each room is completed it gets better. I highly recommend Angelo from the standpoint of cost, obvious skills, creativity and lots of fun.

Prepping windows for shutters 5 We were recommended Angelo to do some work to prepare our bay window for shutters. He came to give a thorough estimate and completed the work on time, on the agreed date and everything was done to a high standard. We will definitely try to use him again in future if he's not too busy!!

Very high standard - internal paintwork 5 Angelo painted the outside of our traditional double front door last year, and having done such a great job, we asked him back this year to do the inside and also to do a variety of other tasks around the house like putting up shelves and fixing doors and so on. We gave Angelo a real challenge with the painting this time, but where another decorator might have drawn the line, Angelo accepted the challenge and worked really hard to make the design we had come up with a reality! His work was of a really high standard and he is a pleasure to have around. We are delighted and would really highly recommend Angelo to anyone needing work done on their home. He is a man of many talents.

job well done 5 Angelo has recently done some general maintenance jobs for us including some brickwork and erecting a new fence and side gate. Cloakroom refit 5 Angelo did a fantastic job refitting my downstairs cloakroom. He changed the toilet, sink & taps. He also tiled both the walls and floor. He was extremely polite, clean and trustworthy. I am so happy with the work he did and would most certainly use him again. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Painting 5 Angelo painted our front door as well as all the internal woodwork. He did a great job, his work was of a high standard, tidy and neat, very trust worthy and offered us some valuable advice and has an extremely broad knowledge. 5 stars for Angelo! 5 I had a number of jobs that needed doing, shelves put up, blind cut and hung, painting, filling/making good, wooden floor trim laying.Angelo was AMAZING! No job was too small and most of the jobs needed the years of knowledge that Angelo has to find a way around complex problems.Angelo is honest, hard working, reliable and offers an impeccably high standard of work.He gets very booked up in advance so book early to avoid disappointment!
