Emergency call out. 5 Woke up New Year’s morning to water gushing through the ceiling at my mother’s house. Had to turn the water off and looked on LYD for any recommendations. I emailed Richard who responded, on New Year’s Day!! Saying someone would come round today. They did, fixed the problem and were just brilliant. Thank you.

Combi Boiler 5 Thbak you to PETTIFERS Plumbers for installing a combi boiler into my flat which was showing signs of aging. They talked me through the whole process and what they provide along with a very favourable quote. They worked efficiently to get the job done with minimal disruption to my day. I especially liked the fact I could finance the cost of the boiler without playing a large lump sum.

Big job 5 Pettifer Plumbing and Heating 👌🏻👌🏻 Since moving into our new home, Richard, David and Simon have removed water tanks and put in a new spaceship boiler and thermostat thingy that works through my phone, removed heaters and fitted new ones, gave Ted's bathroom a bath instead of a shower and fitted a whole new suite, made our downstairs toilet pretty, and made the bathroom of dreams ❤ Love everything and wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Boiler 5 Thank you so much for your hard work. We have recently moved house and I called to get a quote on a new boiler and some other odd jobs, they came to see us really quickly and had a quote to us the same night which meant we could get our work booked in really quickly. They were really friendly and honest. They did all the work in day day to a high standard and left no mess at all. We would definitely use again if we needed anything!

A truly amazing company 5 6 plumbers were approached to quote for our new system boiler and megaflow installation, most were not very helpful or responsive, Richard from Pettifer Plumbing and Heating however came out the same day and quoted the same day. The quote was incredibly competitive and the customer service outclassed everyone else. Pettifer Plumbing were awarded the project. We were notified the day before via email and Richard and his team were onsite for two days. We cannot fault this project in any way at all. The entire team were polite, friendly and fully trained and experienced in their trade. As for the installation, take a spirit level to any pipe and it will be perfect, that is the level of perfection that was so evident, we honestly are so impressed with Richard and his team and we feel that this is exactly how businesses should be run. We will refer and recommend Pettifer Plumbing and Heating at every opportunity.

Leaking Pipe 5 Would like to say thank you to Dean for a quick response in coming out to deal with my leak. Dean quickly identified where my leak was (and it wasn't half as bad as I had imagined) and promptly repaired it with minimal/no mess. He was friendly and professional throughout. Boiler 5 A big thanks to Richard for putting my mums mind at rest about our boiler, there wasnt anything wrong with it but Richard explained everything to me in detail as to why my mum thought there was a problem and did not charge for the call out and a very promt response. Highly recommended. Will be booking for a serviy this summer.
