Prompt response 5 I recently moved home and thought it would be prudent to change the door locks. I contacted Mehmet with a view to making an appointment some days ahead and was astonished when he said he could come within an hour. True to his word he did and did a good, efficient job. I can see why he consistently rates 5 stars in reviews on LYDS.

Swollen door! 5 I called Mehmet out first thing this morning when my front door wouldn’t shut. He was here within the hour and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. He was friendly and knowledgable and gave us good advice going forward. Great price point and pleased not to have been hit with charge out fee! Great! 5 Mehmet came within the hour to help us with a problem lock he was able to diagnose the issue on the phone and gave as a very good all in price. He was friendly and helpful and was able to change the lock very quickly with no problem. Would 100% recommend him and would use him again.

Change of locks 5 Was the victim of malicious activity today when someone squirted superglue into the lock of my front door! Couldn’t get hold of a locksmith I had used before and I was beside myself with worry. LYDs recommended local businesses came to my aid and I contacted Mehmet, EE Locksmiths, who tried to provide me with a solution to rectify it myself! This close to Xmas, I could have done without the expense but decided to ask Mehmet to come over on a busy Saturday afternoon to change the lock! Despite the traffic, he came down as soon as he could and, within 20mins of getting the front door open and changing the lock barrel, I was safely inside my home. Thank you, Mehmet, I really appreciate your professionalism and speed. Thanks for also offering reassurance.

New front door mechanism 5 I got Mehmet's details from LYDS. I thought that I had a problem with my front door lock; however Mehmet identified the issue as the mechanism within the composite door had broken and needed to be replaced. He sourced the item in Luton, collected it and replaced it within two hours. My front door is now completely secure, thanks to Mehmet. Excellent service, price and workmanship. Above all, a thoroughly decent man who takes great pride in his work. I strongly recommend E and E Locksmiths. Thank you Mehmet.

The main door wouldn’t lock 5 I have called, and the phone was answered straight away. The gentleman arrived 2 hours later to fix our front door that not longer fitted into its door-frame& it wasn’t lockable. He drilled, measured & moved some bits & suddenly 20 min later the door was lockable again! Happiness restored. Pleasant chap, quick response, great job, reasonable charge. Definitely recommended!

Gain of Entry / Lock replacement 5 Mehmet arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem and set about drilling out and replacing the defective yale barrel. It was a fair price considering the work and time involved and was as he quoted Aside from the speed and professionalism of his work, it was instantly apparent that Mehmet is a good guy with a great sense of humour which went a long way to making what could have been a frustrating experience all the more bearable. I hope I never need emergency locksmith services again, but if I do I know who to contact. In short, I have no qualms recommending him.

Securing the property 5 Mehmet came to secure my house and make good the entry doors which had been damaged as a result of illegal activity. He received the call and was at my house at exactly the time he said he would be there. His expertise in making the house secure by using quality locks and then having to fabricate a repair on one of the doors was evident and I can fully understand why all the reviews I've read on his services are 5 star. Garage roller door 5 Mehmet very swiftly arranged the fitting of an electric roller door to replace the previous aged wooden garage doors. He used a specialist team who achieved this in just a few hours with a fully galvanised steel system (including remote controls) for a very good price. For those considering a more secure system I cannot recommend more highly.

Broken Lock 5 My lock broke this morning and I was locked out with my two year old. EE Locksmiths came out really quickly and got us back into the house and replaced the lock so we are secure. The service was excellent and seemed very good value. Big thanks as it could have been a disaster!

5 star service 5 We called Mehmet out late one evening as our back bifold doors were jammed and several builders we know couldn’t fix it, he was with us within 10 minutes, he changed a part on one of the fittings and didn’t even charge us for that and now they are working better than before, 5 star service all around, would highly recommend

5 Our locking system on our back door broke at the weekend.. Found Mem from E&E locksmiths on the LYDS website.. Mem came out on the Sunday morning to secure and then fixed a couple of days later when part arrived.. really appreciated Mem coming out on a Sunday amidst the pandemic.. thoroughly professional and a genuine nice guy.. would thoroughly recommend.. thank you again!

Locksmith 5 Plain and simple the guy who came to us is a star, needed a locksmith desperately on boxing Day morning although very worried about what it might cost we really had no choice, well rang this company early boxing day morning he came within an hour, managed to cut out and remove old mortice lock( not easy )replaced with new lock. made good damage done in removing old lock and was very friendly and efficient, also the cost was more than reasonable considering it was a holiday, so thank you very very much for your help, 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

5 I was Unfortunately unable to open my front door following an ambulance being called for my mum as the latch was on still. The key wouldn't work and after Mehmet had been he confirmed this and so a new lock was needed. I called at 7:30pm and Mehmet came straight out to me and helped a Damsel in distress. I cannot thank Mehmet enough for coming out. Highly recommended.

Great experience! 5 I’d never had to use a locksmith before but Mem made the whole process really comfortable and easy. I called and got an appointment the same day at a time that was really convenient for me and within 10 minutes the lock was changed. The customer service was great and Mem is a really nice, genuine guy who you can tell cares about keeping his customers happy over charging a big price. I wouldn’t definitely recommend him.

Fantastic professional locksmith! 5 Mem did a fantastic job responding quickly to fix my broken door handle. When I decided I wanted to replace the door handle completely he was very determined to find one that would fit the existing door. I think he must have visited every merchant in north London but eventually he found one that was perfect. He also replaced my existing g locks on front and back doors with anti snap locks making them more secure. A fantastic all round professional service at a very reasonable price. He also has a great sense of humour!

Home locks were changed. 5 E&E helped me when I needed a locksmith to help change all the front door locks when I had to evict my tenants. I arranged the day and time and E&E had no issues, they were on time. Did the job I needed quickly and easily with no issues. They were Brilliant! New Door Lock 5 I needed a locksmith after my front door lock broke (luckily on my way in!) I started working my way through locksmiths alphabetically, although I wasn’t having much luck until I reached EE, I spoke to a really helpful guy who came out to me within an hour.
