Throughout the eviction process, Adrian was highly professional and efficient in the service he provided in what proved to be an unexpected complicated eviction due to the actions of the tenant. Adrian ensured we were fully prepared on hearing day, appointing Barrister Mark Baumohl to fight our case in court, should it be necessary. However after Adrian’s excellent last minute negotiating skills with the tenant, on the day in the court foyer, the tenant agreed to vacate. I would highly recommend Curwens from beginning to end for any Landlord Tenant dispute. You need to try and get this right first time, so make the right choice, use a firm that knows the rules inside out. Sincerely, Paul

5 Bradley and the whole team have been outstanding in ensuring that my sale and purchase took place. Dealing all my questions and i did have several. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and have already done so to several members of my family and friends. Bradley even arranged to call me late in the evenings when I had no time to speak during the working day. He was very approachable not to mention his ability to think outside the box and his general knowledge to deal with a very complicated lease issue was dealt with in his stride. He is a machine and unflappable!

5 I was given an introduction to A. B. At Curwens, as a source of unbiased professional advice, by someone, to whom I am ever grateful, who was acting on my behalf. A. B. was extremely knowledgeable, and courteous, and gave me the most useful advice that I have ever been given by a solicitor. I actually feel that now I shall be able to move forward, the excellent advice after reviewing the problem, was free of charge.. He has instructed me in exactly how to progress with my Legal Problems, and should I have no success with it, is willing to take on the problem. It is refreshing to know that there are people like A. B. and Curwens Solicitors out there to rely on when problems are created by others. Should I need a Solicitor, or need to give a recommendation, I would not hesitate to suggest Curwens, and A. B.
