Shower Re-Seal & Ceiling Repair 5 Leo came to sort out our bathroom shower cabinet which had sprung leaks, and also to fix the celing affected underneath in our kitchen. He answered his phone first time I rang, he came over to assess the job the following day, then came and did the work the day after. He is punctual, efficient & a nice guy as well. I would highly recommend him for this type of work. *****

5 Great job done by Leo and his team. Needed repairs to front of house, they filled in cracks, sealed around windows and fascia. Also replaced tiles on porch, and cleared out guttering. Finished off with a great paint job. Left the place clean and tidy. Will definitely use again. Thanks Leo!

Our first choice for all decoration and refurbishment jobs 5 Leo and his team have done a number of jobs for us over the past few years, and we have always been happy with the result. Recently, he did a fantastic job tiling our kitchen and re-plastering and decorating upstairs landing and bedrooms. Always on time, working with care, leaving the place tidy afterwards. Bathroom reno 5 Excellent refurb of bathroom. Great team, hardworking clean and tidy. It has been difficult to find trades with availability to inspect and provide a quote. I contacted Leo and received a quote and confirmed a start date within days. So happy with the work done.

Tiling and Plastering Job 5 Leo and his team just completed work tiling our kitchen and plastering our staircase and hallway (long delayed due to the pandemic) and I just wanted to say how happy I am with the results. Leo assessed the job quickly and gave me an immediate quote and a timeframe when it could be done and how long it would take. I am not a specialist on pricing but given the work involved it seemed reasonable. The work started on time and I was impressed by the care the team took to cover the carpets and worktops etc. with protective plastic sheeting to stop them getting covered by plaster etc. Leo is very personable and it was comforting to know he was managing things. The result is brilliant and I couldn't be happier. If I have any other jobs that need doing I would have no hesitation to get him back in.

Bathroom refit 5 Leo and his team completed a full refit of my bathroom. The job was competitively priced and completed on schedule. I was very pleased with their work, particularly the tiling. Leo was pleasant, hardworking, acted with integrity and double checked our requests at each stage of the project. They also cleared the work area at the end of each day. The quality of their work was completed to a high standard and I would have no hesitation in recommending Leo.

Bathroom renovation 5 Leo and his team have recently completed our full bathroom refit. Unlike high street bathroom stores, Leo was sure to listen to our ideas and make them work rather than the other way around. It was a huge job but Leo and his great team (Zameer) didn’t take any short cuts and made sure the job was done right. Despite this, Leo was really competitive on price. House painting 5 Leo & Zamir have done a fantastic job of completely transforming the front of our house. They were incredibly hardworking, often doing 10 hours plus per day, always on time, professional, trustworthy, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. So many neighbours have commented on the brilliant job and have also booked the guys to do the same for them - our street will be the smartest in Enfield!

Ceiling Plastered 5 Fantastic all round. Customer service and workmanship especially. Leo was friendly, polite and great value for money. Great communication. Fantastic Team of Builders 5 This is a massively overdue review for Leo, Valdi and the rest of his team! For anyone looking to get work done around the house, Leo offers everything! From tiling, painting,floorboards,plastering,partition walls,insulation, bathroom remodelling & updating, plumbing and electrical works, Leo and his team are the ones to call. Having redone our entire house, my husband and I dealt with many different builders and tradesman and we have never come across a more helpful, hardworking, friendly, punctual and fun group of builders! Thank you Leo & Valdi for all that you have done for us and hereby I would highly recommend his work to everyone that’s looking for a reasonably priced but incredibly reliable team of tradesman!

Re-decorating a bedroom 5 A great job done by Leo for my son’s room. Lots of preparation needed doing in the room, followed by boarding a whole wall, plastering and painting. Leo and his team did a thorough job; clean and on time. Would definitely recommend him.

job well done 5 I was looking for a team of reliable deorators to come in before i moved into my new home. Ylli Leo's decorators & builders came to the rescue and did a cracking job. In and out within 2 weeks. Decorated, Ripped out old kitchen and fitted new. Efficient and reliable.and no hidden costs. does what it says on the tin. will definitely give him a call when i feel brave enough to do some more improvements.
