5 10/10 GREAT EXPERIENCE - HIGHLY RECOMMEND I’m writing this slightly longer review in case it helps anyone else in the same boat as me. We found F&L by chance, based on a recommendation from a neighbour although I think most of their customers are based on recommendations which tells you everything you need to know. As a 30 something doing an extension and my first ever kitchen, I was initially a little unsure about speaking to F&L because I had no idea how much a bespoke kitchen would cost and I assumed I wouldn’t be able to afford it. Luke designed a great kitchen for us, challenged us on various things to make sure we got the best possible design and helped us compromise when things weren’t possible due to the build. He’s really easy to communicate with, always available, and everything is very relaxed (I sent a few voice notes during the day whilst at work when needed). He was very patient. When we had to push the installation back a few days due to building works but still wanted to be in by Xmas, he found a way to make it work. It’s his business so he goes the extra mile - you won’t find that sort of customer service just anywhere. So, if you’re looking for a beautiful kitchen that will last, I would urge you to speak to Luke and see what F&L have to offer. They different styles at different prices, so will definitely be able to find something to match your budget (even if you aren’t quite sure what that is yet like I was).

New kitchen 5 Excellent service from start to finish ! Wooden shaker kitchen is of a lovely quality and Luke came up with some great designs which wasn’t easy in our smallish kitchen ! Any queries I had were always answered within a couple of hours - very organised company with lovely staff ! Cecilia was great too ! Highly recommend . In terms of pricing was competitive too ! Would use again for any future kitchens . Great find 👍

New kitchen 5 We’ve just had our kitchen finished by Luke at F&L kitchens and are absolutely delighted. We’d spent months getting quotes from lots of companies but Luke was able to beat them all on price. This included worktops and appliances. His communication was prompt and reliable & he liaised effortlessly with our builder. The kitchen fitting was done to a high standard and work was even finished ahead of schedule! The after care has also been excellent. Would highly recommend Luke and his company.

5 My kitchen refurbishment has just been completed by f&l kitchens. To say I’m more than happy is an understatement. Luke was brilliant, really thinking outside the box giving me ideas I wouldn’t have thought of and making it become a reality. No hard sell, just honest professional advice from someone passionate about his work. It was a journey that he followed through all the way from beginning to end effortlessly and efficiently. I now have a high spec kitchen at a competitive price so highly recommend Luke and glad to support a local independent business who deserves to grow. Thank you Luke.
