Repair to back door 5 We're very pleased to have found Gary on LYDS. Our back door had a large crack in the frame nr the hinges. He put in bolts to secure the frame, sealed and painted the door and sorted the step which was causing an issue too. He also changed a broken toilet seat which was a bigger issue than he bargained for as it wasn't possible to reach the bolts holding it on! He wasn't phased by the challenge and got it removed. He is professional, courteous and did a great job. We have confidence in calling him back for future jobs. Many thanks Gary

So helpful 5 Gary came out initially to help us with a stuck back door which he sorted out no problem. We then found out he could help us with lots of other jobs around the house that we had been meaning to do, including replacing taps, old light fittings in the kitchen and bathroom including removing unsafe wiring from a previous owner, fitting a new blind and various other jobs. He was helpful and an amazing problem solver couldn’t recommend him enough and we’re be having back to sort out some other things that need doing.

Fixing broken tiles and other handyman jobs 5 Gary did a great job in replacing some cracked tiles on our kitchen floor and a couple of other jobs in our kitchen. He was polite, communicative and really helpful - We’ll definitely be calling him if any jobs come up. Thanks Gary!

Gary - thank you - great job done :) 5 Gary came today to put up pictures and mirrors for us and also do a few other things that needed sorting/fixing that had been bugging us for a while. Gary was pleasant and professional and did an awesome job for us - we are so pleased and so grateful- as finding a decent handyman is not always easy! We shall use him again as and when things crop up that we need his help with. Gary went out of his way to be helpful and try to find solutions to things and also gave me some great tips for cleaning products too!

Everybody needs a Gary 5 It isn't easy to find a handyman these days, certainly not someone who happily comes and helps with the little jobs you just can't manage any longer. Gary has just helped me by putting up pictures and mirrors, redoing grout in kitchen tiles and tackling a sticky door handle. I am very pleased with everything he has done and fully recommend him to others. Gary is very friendly and obviously takes pride in his work. I am pleased to have met him and will definitely use him again.

5 I cannot recommend Gary highly enough. He helped us fix all those bits that needed doing at our house that had been waiting for ages. From fitting lights, to creatively fixing our bath panels, hanging pictures, fixing a leaky tap the list goes all. Super professional and top class at what he does!

Amazing work 5 Gary was just brilliant. Brilliant communication and he replaced taps and fixed our handrail ao perfectly and hoovered up the mess afterwards. Over the moon 5 Gary had just finished a bunch of DIY chores around my house including putting together a pax wardrobe which through his suggestion turned out to be a more suitable and cheaper option than custom made. He is extremely efficient, resourceful, professional and reasonably priced plus if he hits an obstacle he doesn't make it your problem - he works out the best solution and gets on with it.

Review - Gary - back gate fitted 5 Gary is reliable, he communicates well and his manner and honesty mean you have real trust in him that he will do a good job for a good price! Gary gave us a very reasonable quote for a replacement for the back gate; when his first plan didn’t work, he quickly came up with a second plan and fitted the gate over a couple of days, giving it a coat of varnish / protector and being clear about prices throughout the process. Highly recommended!
