Insulation of extension and new kitchen 5 Cannot fault Perlat and his team for the work carried out this summer. The whole experience was top drawer, from the prompt and reasonable quote, the skill taken with all their work and finishing, and the care they gave to mum throughout the refurbishment. Painting and carpentry 5 Thank you so much for your hard work Perlat for hanging pictures in our house, hanging 6 doors, redecorating our downstairs and upstairs hallway, daughter's bedroom and spare bedroom plus installing banisters on the landing and a cabinet for my husband's music room. Our house now feels like a home. We are so pleased with the results and would definitely use Perlat again. He was quick to quote, his communication was clear, polite and always helpful and his work was good quality! We highly recommend him.

Highly recommended! 5 We are delighted to have found Perlat on Love Your Doorstep, after needing some work doing on our downstairs bathroom (removing a shower, removing old tiles and re-tiling the floor, installing new radiator). Perlat was quick to provide a quote and his communication was great. He was meticulous in the work carried out and was clean and tidy. Repairs and renovation 5 Perlat came to our rescue, sorting out the mess left after a leak in the kitchen. He replaced the cupboard and tidied up pipes and plugs under the sink. He also replaced woodwork with uPVC around the garage. He and his colleague were polite, clean workers and very efficient. His number is now on speed dial for future works. Thanks Perlat

Helped in an emergency! 5 Perlat and his partner came over during the festive season to mend my kitchen ceiling which began to collapse after a leak in the bathroom. I am very grateful that they could help during this time. They were efficient, clean and respectful of our property and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Bathroom renovation 5 We highly recommend SM Construction & Maintenance. We cannot fault the service and workmanship. They fully renovated our bathroom. The work consisted of stripping out old fixtures and tiling, installing new tiles to the floor and walls, modifying plumbing, plastering, electrical work (extract fan and lights), painting, and installation of new bathrooms fixtures. Perlat's design input and attention to detail is excellent. They worked efficiently and always kept things clean. We'll definitely be using them on future projects. Thank you very much!

Decorating a bedroom 5 Perlat was recommended by the Enfield on your doorstep and was not disappointed… they carried out a fabulous wallpapering job, painting and some plastering for a damaged wall also putting up my lights and fixing a crack.. I would highly recommend them as they were very hardworking and priced just right !!

Internal brickwall 5 I was in the middle of refurbishing my bathroom, when it became apparent that my internal wall was unstable. I called Perlat (after finding him on love your doorstep) on the Monday evening and he agreed to come by on Tuesday to have a look at the job – which he did. He said he could do the work but not for a few weeks - unfortunately due to the fact I was in the middle of refurbishing the bathroom I could not wait. Perlat could see I was upset with this, but I appreciated his honesty. He said he was going to start another job the following day and did not want to let them down, but he would call and ask if the lady would mind waiting another day. He said he would let me know within two hours. Less than two hours later he messaged to say he could start the job the following morning. I was so grateful to him and the other person, who had put her job on hold for a further day. On the day, he arrived promptly with another workman – they literally worked all day to get the job done. They were clean and tidy and most of all, the ensured that my wall was now secure. They really did do a great job. I highly recommend Perlat and his team for any work that is required within your house. Thank you for fitting me in.

decorating & odd jobs 5 Just had our lounge, kitchen, hallway & landing transformed by Perlat & team! They worked so efficiently, there was so much prep work and layers of paint to do in all areas and they completed it in just 5 days (other decorators quoted 3 weeks)! The standard of finish is very high and they clean up after themselves every day - I will definitely be recommending them to everybody! On top of the excellent paint work, we had a few odd jobs and they were very happy to help 😊 thank you so much!

Building work 5 Fantastic service on more than one occasion. Couldn't recommend them enough. Prompt service. I have used SMS for exterior rendering and plasterwork as well as interior and exterior painting. Very professional and good communication plus when I accidentally overpaid they informed me immediately and refunded the money straight away. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Great service and job well done 5 I contacted Perlat on Friday for a quote on fixing a job that we have put off for a very long time. He came on Saturday- on time, inspected and give us a quote that was great for us and within our budget. Perlat started the job on Wednesday morning and worked through until we were all happy with it. Above and beyond for us. Really takes pride in his work. And I just want to add- what a friendly and easy going person he is. Oh and patient with my occasional outrageous requests. I am so happy we have found him and I highly recommend him.

Bathroom fixtures 5 Contacted on the Thursday via email to help put up my bathroom fixtures. Perlat called me that same day and we agreed for him to start the very next day (Friday). He arrived on time and his work was to a high standard. Clearly takes pride in his work. Will be using again.
