Highly experienced Soft Tissue Therapist based in Palmers Green I use a combination of manual therapies, including deep tissue massage, osteopathic techniques, stretching and medical acupunture to treat: • Musculoskeletal injuries - back pain, neck pain, shoulder problems including frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, knee, hip and ankle pain, plantar fasciitis. Extensive experience of dealing with post-operative care for knee/hip replacements, knee ligament repairs, and spinal surgery alongside physiotherapists. • Chronic pain & tension including postural/work related problems and fibromyalgia, plus stroke/neurological related issues. • Sports massage to aid recovery/improve sports performance – particularly beneficial if you are training for an event. • Lymphatic drainage massage (MLD) for lymphoedema, oedema & water retention. Highly beneficial post chemotherapy, cosmetic or orthopaedic surgery. • Oncology massage – to aid recovery during and post cancer treatment to help reduce side effects, including scar tissue management, cording, as well as palliative care. • Spinal mobilisation to loosen stiff back and neck. • Pregnancy massage and post-natal massage.
