Hello everyone! Welcome to my page…Just a few words to introduce myself; my name is Maria, and I am a local artist, a creative soul who finds joy in painting and all things creative…. I especially enjoy and specialise in commissioned paintings using acrylic paint. I work closely with my clients through the whole process from beginning to end. I navigate between the abstract and the detailed; offering a diverse range of artistic expressions to suit different tastes. I love painting superheroes and characters; the iconic features and vivid colours are so fun. I have painted many different subjects, portraits, and animals as well as unique bespoke pieces for workplaces and businesses as well as homes. Whether it's a custom piece for your home or a unique gift I will endeavour to bring this to life. I began showcasing my work to the outside world through having fun with fluid art/ paint pouring during lockdown…. I enjoy the unpredictable nature of each technique and the flow of paint to create unique pieces. Not content with just creating, I share my passion through paint pouring workshops which have always been well received and fun. In addition to painting I create resin pieces suitable for gifts, such as coasters, bookmarks, hanging decorations, ornaments etc. I also handmake greeting cards and other framed personalised gifts and have attended Christmas markets to showcase all the above.
