Amazing! 5 Ivy has been brilliant, she has altered 2 dresses for me recently and has done a great job on both. The level of service is second to none, ivy came to my house to measure, took the dress back, altered it and then brought it back so we could check that it was perfect! Alteration for Bridesmaid dress 5 Ivy was amazing! So quick with her response, she picked up my dress and dropped it back within a week! Exactly what I wanted and the dress is perfect. Cannot fault Ivys attention to detail and great customer service. Dress & Trouser Alterations 5 Just got back some dresses & trousers which Ivy skilfully altered. Super pleased with quality of alteration, beautifully completed. Ivy clearly takes a pride in her work. Collected and delivered back professionally. Already given her more alterations to complete for me. Would recommend 110%.

Ivy Stitch Stories 5 I have used Ivy once and definitely will use her again. She is professional and her alterations are excellent at a reasonable price. Free pick up service and delivery within 5 miles radius which is a bonus, nothing is too much trouble for ivy she is a lovely person with a fun personality. Alteration… 5 What a lovely lady Ivy is. I contacted her through messenger, told her what I needed doing. She offered to the pin the alteration for me. Wasn’t necessary as I knew how much I needed my outfit shortened by. Collected from home at an arranged time. Done within 2 days and delivered back to me. Service with a smile at a very reasonable price. And perfect work. Thankyou

Flawless repair and service 5 I couldn’t ask for more, ivy was flawless from start to end! Had a denim shorts and a faux leather trouser with a broken zipper Specially when it comes to the faux leather one is quite difficult to do anything about it but those are sentimental pieces of clothing to me She pick them up from my address, kept me updated during the whole process on what she would do and delivered them back to me on my address. I’m so glad to finally be able to wear my favourite clothes once again! Thank you Ivy!

Trousers altered 5 Great service. She collected and returned to me in a couple of days. The trousers were shortened to a really high standard. Will be using her again...a lot 😁
