Perform Better Gymnastics Academy (PBGA) is a fast-growing, award-winning gymnastics and trampoline club in North London. Established in 2012, PBGA aims to provide affordable gymnastics opportunities for the local community while identifying young talent for regional and national competitions. PBGA offers comprehensive gymnastics programs for children (ages 4+), teens, and adults, focusing on coordination, strength, flexibility, agility, and confidence. Activities include Vault, Floor, Trampoline, Freestyle Gymnastics/Parkour, plus mini-rotations like Bars, Beam, Rhythmic Gymnastics, and Tumbling. Our highly qualified coaching team includes former Olympians and World Champions, all DBS-checked, insured, and British Gymnastics members. PBGA operates at four venues: Southbury Leisure Centre (Enfield Town), Tottenham Green Leisure Centre, Woodhouse College (Finchley), and TaB Centre (Palmers Green). We also collaborate with local schools, offering gymnastics, football, tennis, dance, fitness, and multi-sports as part of PPA sessions and after-school clubs. PBGA is committed to promoting an active, healthy lifestyle while ensuring every participant develops essential fitness and social skills in a fun and inclusive environment.
