David Constantine is a Fellow of Queen's College, poet, novelist and translator of Hoelderlin, Geothe, Faust and Brecht. He has published many volumes of poems, all with the prestigious Bloodaxe Books. "An Oxford don with a dash of MacNeice's elegance in his poetic artifice, Constantine can write allusive, brilliant lyrics which inhabit a literary as well as emotional world" (Poetry Archive) Some material provided.
