Administrative Support – processing of grant applications and provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Trust Manager and trustees including meeting scheduling, minute taking, informing applicants of trustee decisions and handling relative correspondence. Financial Management: – Manage the grants budget and record the outcome and notify the grantees. Record Keeping: - Maintain up-to-date records for both alms-houses and grants. Alms-house Management: - Oversee the day-to-day running of the alms-houses, including maintenance requests, property inspections and H&S compliance
