We are a successful and innovative school who have recently set up a Supported Internship Programme to increase employment opportunities for disabled young people. You must have excellent communication and influencing skills as well as the determination to drive this programme forward. You will have an understanding of the challenges faced by individuals who have a disability as well as the ability to enable people to overcome them. You will be part of a dynamic team and will help to develop and shape the future of this programme during this exciting time.
