Job Purpose To support the school leadership by managing and coordinating all aspects of human resources to ensure effective recruitment, development and retention of staff and to promote a positive working environment. Job details The position is permanent and term time (36 hours x 42 weeks). The successful candidate will report to the school manager. The salary is NJC scale SO1 (actual range: £34,643 - £35,569 p.a. inc). The post starts July 2025. The deadline for applications is Monday 2nd June 2025.
