Our growth in Workspace means we have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Interiors to spearhead further development of our Tier 1 propositions. Based out of our North London offices you will lead a small and dedicated team. Key responsibilities of the role include •Establish the Crown Workspace interiors proposition and range of solutions and offerings to new and existing clients •Driving lead generation and new business opportunities in conjunction with business development to achieve sales targets •Build, lead and develop a team with a “can do attitude” in order to deliver outstanding service quality resulting in positive feedback from clients. •Maintain a safe working environment for everyone and be compliant with Health & Safety legislation within the Operational centre ensuring the site operates both legally and safely at all times •Own the budget and profit and loss performance for the department To be successful in this role you’ll need to show; •A track record in developing and driving business growth to meet or exceed targets •A passion for developing and implementing new propositions and initiatives •Experience in managing the delivery of projects including procurement and management of sub-contractors, equipment, and materials Our Person specification is •A self-starter with ability to show resilience under pressure •An experienced networker confident in delivering presentations •Have excellent custumer and business communication skills •Strong leadership and organisational capabilities and be skilled in meeting deadlines •Passionate about delivering the best for our teams •Resourceful, flexible and responsive in dealing with people About Crown Worldwide Group The Crown Worldwide Group is a collection of businesses providing mobility, relocation, logistics and storage services to corporate and private customers all over the world.
