Crown Worldwide Group currently has an opening for a Head of Finance Business Partnering based in Enfield, North London. We’re looking for a dynamic Finance professional to take on a new role leading a team of Finance business partners to provide first class financial support and analysis to the executive leadership of our UKI & Benelux region. Overview Reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director the position has a focus on the following areas: • Managing the monthly reporting cycle for the region including the P&L, supporting analysis and commentary to a wide range of stakeholders locally and globally • Leading the region’s forecasting and budgeting cycle • Developing a world class reporting culture and suite of business analytics including both financial and non-financial metrics. These shall include “deep dive” margin analysis by customer, service/product type/location, labour productivity, fleet performance/efficiency, TQQS, CQS, carbon footprint reduction etc • Managing of team of high performing Finance Business Partners • Supporting procurement activity by providing supplier spend analysis, measuring the impact of potential savings, cost increases, working capital benefits etc • Actively assisting with driving the long-term regional property strategy by producing complex financial models spanning all business units and multiple scenarios • Working with the regional head of Marketing to produce an analytics dashboard focusing on marketing ROI, lead/conversion rates, pay per click effectiveness etc • Pipeline modelling (utilising Dynamics) and sensitivity analysis vs budget/forecast, rolling business development forecast • Building and appraising pricing models to support business development activities, dissecting commercial responses and providing insight into profit composition by activity • Producing investment appraisal cases, including supporting ROI calculations • Evaluating acquisition opportunities • Supporting the HR Director in the provision of bonus plan calculations and planning Whilst the role-holder will report directly to the Regional Managing Director, they will be required to work with several stakeholders across all Business Units and support functions in multiple locations Core objectives • Provision of a world class reporting suite to the executive management of the region • Leading, inspiring, developing and motivating a team of finance professionals, providing coaching and advice to develop reporting and analytical capabilities • Providing cutting edge, deep analysis to enable senior management to make effective decisions and support the long-term regional business strategy for each brand • Helping to facilitate business growth by providing ease of use models and analytics, saving time and effort for non-finance staff • Monitoring and measuring the impact of cost savings and productivity improvement programmes Skills, qualifications & experience • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with at least 5 years PQE • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (to macro level) and Powerpoint / presentation skills • Comfortable working with a range of finance and non-finance systems including Great Plains, Enterprise Reporting, Fleetmatics, MS Dynamics etc • Excellent written communication skills – ability to make complex issues and problems easy to digest and understand • Strong inter-personal skills • Highly analytical and curious by nature • Gravitas and ability to influence What we offer • Company benefits offered include free parking • Enhanced service-based holiday entitlement • 1 day birthday leave • Private medical insurance, • High-street store discounts and • 2 volunteering days per annum.
