The Car Key People is a small business dealing with vehicle key replacements for large national fleets. Based on the Great Cambridge Rd in Enfield. We are looking for a part time office based bookings coordinator to assist with daily bookings from nationwide clients. The role will involve: - Taking bookings over phone and email and inputting these into our bookings management system - Updating clients on booking stages / progress - Contacting contractors to schedule in new bookings - Leasing with contractors to ensure bookings are completed - Managing diary and schedules of our London based technicians - Postage of keys to clients - General office administration Hours of work are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-1pm. This is a new role and as the business grows we will be looking to provide additional hours of work, with potential for this to a full time role for the right person. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, IT proficient and will ideally have previous experience in handling bookings. Pay will be based on previous experience.
