Senior Learning Mentor 36 hours per week Pay point 26-29 actual salary banding £22,710 - £25,013pa Ashmole Academy Trust was formed in 2015 building upon the success of Ashmole Academy and its tradition of outstanding school performance. The trust currently consists of a primary and secondary school. Required as soon as possible, a Senior Learning Mentor to work with senior staff providing pastoral support for pupils in a key stage and/or in our Individual Learning Room. Work will include working with pupils who may have behavioural difficulties, helping to improve attendance, close liaison with parents/carers and general help to raise pupil motivation and success at school. The post will include cover supervision as well as some general clerical and administrative tasks.
