Palmers Green High School (PGHS) seeks to appoint a high-performing and strategic individual as Bursar and Clerk to the Governors at this small and thriving independent school. The successful candidate will be a member of the Senior Management Team and will play a key role in the strategic development of the School. The Bursar is responsible for the effective leadership and management of all the non-academic functions of the School. The reporting line for the Bursar is to the Headmistress and, as Clerk to the Governors, to the Chair of Governors for the discharge of the governing body’s duties. This is a full time, all-year-round position (52 weeks) working Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend duties for special events.
