Enfield has a thriving membership base, a dedicated 50+ following and facilities that include swimming pools, soft play, outdoor pitches and a soon to be re-launched boutique IntenCity studio at Southgate Leisure Centre. As Enfield is a high performing division, we are recruiting for an exceptional, customer focused and results-driven Divisional Sales Manager to lead on the attraction and retention of new and existing customers; driving the financial results of the Centre. The Role: Working closely with the central Sales and Marketing teams, the Divisional Sales Manager will drive successful local activities and events, undertaking local competitor analysis, and react appropriately to socio-demographic trends. The successful Divisional Sales Manager will also ensure the effective and accessible distribution, display and presentation of all promotional material within the centre and the surrounding areas, taking ownership of the deployment of the Local Marketing Toolkit, and gain a clear understanding of how this can be used to drive the business. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of the toolkit in the spirit of continuous sales and marketing improvement. The successful Divisional Sales Manager will also support the General Managers in the creation, implementation and review of the Centre’s marketing and sales plan, in-line with the corporate marketing and sales strategy. The Role Other Tasks and Responsibilities include: Lead and inspire the Centre teams in delivering the right choice of membership for the customer Drive all revenue lines Achieve monthly net gain and activity targets, including, enquiries, calls, appointments and sales Adopt a proactive approach to driving sales and retention; ensuring the integrity of Fusion’s sales-driving, retaining, and reporting procedures are adhered to Ensure customer service targets are met, all comments are responded to within stipulated deadlines, appropriate action is taken, and a weekly analysis of comments is produced Analyse and forecast likely return on each piece of activity conducted. Ensure evaluation post-activity is completed and utilised to improve future ROI About You: To be successful in the role of Divisional Sales Manager you will need provable and demonstrable experience in a comparable sales management position, within a multi-site business; and a proven track record of driving and exceeding your team’s KPIs. As you will lead and inspire the Centre team to deliver first-rate customer service, you’ll need solid expertise in providing an exceptional customer experience, and a passion for working in a busy customer-facing environment. You’ll also be responsible for the preparation of KPI reports for customer service and sales areas, and managing the Centre’s Prospects Database, so you’ll need a keen eye for detail, and excellent Microsoft Office skills.
