Team leader / Move Manager

Location: Edmonton North London (with travel) Salary: Dependant on experience Number of vacancies: 3 Applications to be submitted to HRBP Alison Baskett:- [email protected] Candidates must be able to obtain security clearance The role reports directly to the Senior Project Manager of Systems will be a dual role as required between Premier Systems IT and Premier Workplace Services, Crown Workspace divisions Key Responsibilities Within the role of Engineer / Team Leader you will be required to:- • Lead teams of engineers on projects ranging from, new equipment installations to MAC decommissioning and recommissioning works (this is generally out of hours) • You may also be required to work as part of a team under the guidance of other team leader you will also be required to carry out day one support projects • Auditing of user’s IT equipment (this is generally out of hours) • Carry out the installation of voice, AV and IT equipment • Responsible for the quality and standard of all cabling to desktop and with comms rooms • Complete all daily job reports on each job and how engineers have performed Help promote all services of the company • ensure working areas are kept clean, safe and tidy at all times • Monitor and manage costings on jobs • You may also be required to attend presentations alongside the sales team • Remain flexible to all other required works within the MAC scope. • Ensure full compliance with PPE and Health and Safety onsite of all team members Within the role of Move Manager, you will be required to:- • For first 6 months provide backup support on projects to existing Move Management teams • After 6 months you should be able to run small moves of up to 50 users and look to progress your abilities over time • Liaise with customers to understand their requirements, agree appropriate arrangements for Relocation and confirm their total satisfaction with the outcome. • Develop rapport with all customer contacts and maintain on-going communication in order to provide regular up-dates on progress and activities and to proactively identify and resolve issues.
